Come and join our Brigg General Dressmaking course this May. It is suitable for most skill levels, however if you are a complete beginner it is sometimes worth booking a one to one lesson to get you all set up with a sewing machine. In the general dressmaking course we focus on a technique each week, selected with the chosen projects of the students in mind, this way we cover relevant topics that are useful for everyone. Each student is encouraged to bring along their own chosen project to work on during class. You will be given full tutor support throughout the lesson to ensure you can complete your project to the best of your ability, earn new skills along the way and growing your confidence. If you need advice on selecting projects and materials there will always be help on hand.
This course runs for 8 consecutive weeks and costs £125.
This class is held at St Mary’s Church Hall on Barnard Avenue in Brigg (just to the left of the Catholic Church, opposite Tesco and the Police station)
